HI-FI CORP BAD SERVICE

Ordered a fridge from Hi-Fi corp on the 18 of Nov, got an sms it would be delivered on the 20th Nov. It is now the 29th Nov & still no fridge. I am actually disgusted by this service. I call at least 3 times a day and not one person at the call center firstly calls me back (like they promise) nor can anyone tell me where / when the fridge will be delivered by. I will NEVER recommend Hi-Fi corp to anyone nor would I ever use this service again.
