Hi-fi Corp Bad Business

I bought a Sonos Move Speaker from them and it doesn't work. The speaker cost R11,000.00 and when I try and get hold of them I get no response. I'm currently waiting on the phone for 14 minutes for the manager while I'm typing this. Don't ever buy anything online from them. Absolutely atrocious!!
