Hi Fi Corp Atterbury / LG

A new LG Home Theatre system was bought 4 months ago for R5000.00. Giving me endless problems. LG South Africa refers me back to them and they don't reply. All I can say, are they selling "grey products" or is the service just bad from Hi Fi Corp Atterbury Pretoria or is the problem with LG?
