Hi-Fi Corp and JD Group getting away with my Kids christmas money.

I did an online purchase for a TV set and my order was rejected because of an invalid TV licence. I'm supposed to be refunded as i've since requested a refund. Till to this day No one from Hi-Fi Corp is answering my Calls and Emails. It's like i'm trying to communicate with a Wall. This is my money and i need it for my kids this festive. JD Group is also not helping, they just say i should keep calling Hi-Fi Corp.
