Hi-fi corp and Incredible connection

I bought a supposed smart watch for my sons birthday which was on sale from incredible connection but was delivered by Hi-fi corp.

It should not be sold it's didn't react to touch, didn't want to connect to the Bluetooth, I have asked for it collected and was asked to go to my closest branch and I paid a delivery fee.

The disappointment in my sons eyes since I was unable to give him a present still keeps me up at night
