Hi-fi Corp ADRS dreadful

It has been atrocious to say the least once you enquire how they reached a particular amount the agents hang up.This company is destroying my credit profile on behalf of HIFI Corp.All I wanted was an explanation as the figures don't seem right.I requested to speak to a manager numerous times and also for a formal complaint nothing has happened I tried calling them watts app and email
