Hi-Fi Corp Absolute poor poor poor performance from Hifi Corp

Bought a Tumble dryer from Hifi corp online 26/05/2020. This was paid for on the 26th after 7 days I phoned the hifi corp in Rustenburg and they Said that the delivery times were extended to two weeks after purchase. i waited the two weeks and phoned the online number on. 10th June (which takes ages to answer) and asked when they would be delivering. I was told that they would deliver the 12 or 13 th of June. NO Delivery. I called again on the Monday 15 June and lodged a complaint, I was told somebody would contact me within 48hours. Again NO CALL. I called again on the 18th June and was told the matter had been escalated to higher management and that HIfi corp would respond within 24 Hours. And guess what, NO CALL. I phoned again today and was told the exact same story, that the matter was escalated. Hifi corp do not even contact their clients to try and explain the matter, they just remain silent. Never in my life have I received such poor service from any company as which i have from hifi corp. you cannot contact them by any other means as by the number on the website.
