Hi-Fi Corp & Abacus Insurance

The service is really bad.

I put in a claim with them & Abacus Insurance. Got an email & SMS saying that the claim was approved with no excess due.

Went into the store and had to pay an excess. When phoning Abacus no one can help and no one knows why
