Pathetic customer service. Ordered a floorwiz pro mop online and brush, received item with no handle. Contacted customer care twice with no feedback. DON'T open online shopping services when you guys have pathetic service like this and inconvenience people when the idea is to be a convenient solution. I also work in retail and my service is not poor like you guys. Poor work ethic!
