hi fi corp

i have bought a 60 inch Sansui tv @ Hi-Fi Corp Retail Park Boksburg. 8 months later the screen packed up. The tv was replaced within 2 weeks due to faulty screen. exactly 8 months later the same happened to this one :( :( i have contacted Hi Fi corp and reported this to them. it is days away from entering week 4 without a tec phoning me. as per Hi Fi corm you are not allowed to bring the tv and the tech need to come to the house to check it. then you have to take it to them then you wait for the replacement. if we are in week 4 this means I will be waiting more than a month for them to take action. my frustration is through the roof. Hi Corp should have assist me with this. if I don't phone them they wont phone me. i went so far as to phone H/O guess what a waste of time. i will never buy from them again. and i will not recommend anybody to buy there either. there service is up to s%#. i have 2 small kids in the house witch i have to entertain at night as they can not watch tv. I'm so disappointed in Hi Fi corp i want to cry
