Hi I made an online purchase on the 12th May 2020, order number :***... I got a call about a month ago informing me that my order is out of stock. I have sent more than 3 emails to the customer care mail but no response on the way forward.

I wish to have my order or have an option of choosing another item to the same value, ultimately refund me if HiFi is not able to deliver.

Please assist.
