Hi Fi Coporation Jabulani Mall: Bad Service

<p>Bought a fridge on 17 December which was special and came with a bar fridge when I fetched the fridge on the 20th the bar fridge was not included was told that the sales person did not capture correctly. I was told error would be rectified and would get the bar fridge no later than the 25th. Was even told to report the matter and call their customer service departement . I called the shop on the 29th as I had not received any feedback nor the fridge the sales consultant Siyakhona told me that she had forgotton about my query and would get back to me by the 4th of January as they were out of stock and warehouse was closed. Its the 4th after business hours and still not call from them. Can hi fi jabulani mall please get back to me in regards to this </p>
