Hi-fi cooperation bad customer service
My name is Portia, My husband and I bought a TV (Hisense)and sound system+(Sony)at hifi corporation. The sound system started giving us problems immediately when u start playing it, it will play random songs that we did not pick. Like playing radio even open the CD holder without being pressed.
We took the sound back to HIFI CORPORATION. They took for more than four months Keeping the sound with them. The results came back saying there's liquid in the board. We complained that we never put any liquid. We took the sound to them because of this issue now we are being told to pay for an issue that was never there.
Since last year they kept the sound. Never contacted us. We payed but they refused to fix the sound.
It all gets worse when the TV we bought from them also gives problems. Last year we went back again first asked is the sound fixed than next we told them there's an internal problem with the TV(HISENSE) They sent a technician at my home. He said the screen is affected an left his numbers so we can contact him on the side.
I called the guy and told him. The screen is okay the TV would light and stop and light. It will show lines after two weeks it will light normal again. He forced on to that. I called a second technician to my house to get a second opinion. He alarmed me saying all this has nothing to do with the screen. It's internal there's something's they need to change on the inside.
Im so disappointed with HI-FI CORPORATION It has week customer service. They use people. We payed for all these appliances. We owe them nothing. My kids are suffering because of this shop which sell broken goods to clients.
Please help. If they can't repair or exchange all this. They should bring my money back. We worked hard for this. Their children watch TV while my kids have to suffer.
I'm disappointed and furious😠
No wonder their own consultants referred me to hello Peter seeing their absence in customer service.....
