Hi corporation Baywest poor service

Hi corporation Baywest has poor service, poor communication skills especially the male manager they don't care about customers, they promise to call u back which never happens. I took my TV for repairs August 2022 which I bought cash last year July, they then told me to wait 14 to 21days, of which I patiently did so, the days passed with no feedback I had to call several times for answers,....... Am greatly disappointed with their communication skills..... And I told myself one thing never will I buy a sunsui product and never wll I shop at any hi Corp shop never again am disgusted....... Am already I convinced that there's no TV and worse fo so long eish.
