I bought a Nokia 1.4 on the 06/08/2022.It didn't work for a month. I returned it on the 01/09/2022 as it cut calls and overheat.It was sent to repair and returned. I was not satisfied and I was referred to Nokia company which I refused as I was asking for exchange.The email was sent to management on Friday 16/09 while I was at the Store. Until now the management has not responded and I didn't take the phone.
