Help urgently

My name is Neo Mogale. I really have had the most bad experience ever, with Hifi Corp. I have written endless emails and called their customer line none stop. I made an online purchase on the 28th of November 2019 And to date my product has not been delivered. The product is a fridge. I have no fridge as we speak ,my life has just become the impossible in this festive season. Any help from you will be much appreciated
