Help me with my tv or money back

Hi I'm experiencing a poor service in Hi-fi corps in Pine town. I bought JVC tv 58inc last year December 2, my tv tv Went blank around September I couldn't take it to the store since it was closed by that time due to looting, I waited them to open. On the 14 Nov I took my tv to the shop, the lady who helped me said they won't keep it with them they will sent technician to my house, till now no one came I'm not watching tv .I'm calling them everyday and same lady keep on saying I will call technician to hear what is their problem then call you back but they don't call me back, I've wasted airtime calling them ,my money buying that expensive TV that is fault.I wish you could help me with this matter or returning this tv back because the time i reported it it was still under warranty .
