Having a laugh

Bought a wifi router online only to find i takes the large simcards not in the product description so how would i know its the wrong adapter it says lte , so I wanted to return it. O u have to pay a 15% handling fee due to the fact you opened the box well duh how else would I see its the wrong sim card
