Haven’t received my confirmed delivery!!!

I am writing on here to advise that I have placed a order last week online at Hifi-Corp and the delivery person phoned me Wednesday morning advising he will deliver later the day and asking if someone is home. I confirmed someone is home to get the delivery from him and waited all day long. Throughout the day I receive a email from Hifi-Corp advising the delivery was done and the order is with me however I have not received this order, mind you this is my money I used to pay for this order.

I have been calling them and emailing since Wednesday however no update they have just dropped the line on me and refused to transfer me to a manager. This is ridiculous customer service and very unacceptable. Their customer service care is disgusting and the agents is so disrespectful ! I am so upset at this point, I want this sorted asap.
