Have I been ****med?

I placed ordered a Tv smart box on the 26th of September, on the 30th of September I received an SMS that the parcel has left their warehouse will be deliverer before the end of business. Today is the 3rd of October and I’ve still not received the TV smart box . I’ve not received any communication from HiFi Corp and there are not new updates when I track the parcel. I sent them an email yesterday and no one has gotten in touch with me. Have I been ****med by HiFi Corp?
