Happy and Content

On Black Friday i ordered a fridge and didnt recieve it or notification, my ticket did not exist. when i got a hold of someone at call center they managed to assure me that the big delay was only becaus eof the black friday rush. my order was cancelled and I was told i was going to get a refund but no one ever came back to me with regards to the refund. on the second week of January I went to west gate Hi Fi corp where I was helped by a lady named Lydia who than took on my situation and escalated the matter and today my refund is in my account. Thank you so much Lydia for you help, your service was excellent and you have restored my trust in Hi Fi corp.
