Great service at Hi-Fi corp Springfield

I recently visited the Hi-Fi Corporation branch in Springfield Durban, with a view to purchasing a new microwave. Being a Sunday, it was a tad busy with the salespeople occupied with other customers, which is wholly understandable. I was impressed by a young man named Michael, who, judging by his Lenovo shirt, is a consultant for the PC devices. He noted us waiting and came over and provided expert assistance and advice, even though it appears that kitchen appliances are not his main forte. He displayed immense patience and none of the "its not my job" mentality which is sadly so prevalent these days.

I was able to gauge that i could have bought the exact same microwave for a few rands cheaper at a nearby competitor, but decided that due to Michael's expert service, he should get my business instead. I trust that this did indeed manifest.
