Goods paid for but not delivered

I bought goods online on the 25 October and didn't receive delivery during the promised time period. I followed up and was given different stories as to why I hadn't received the goods. Needless to say there was no stock and they didn't know if they were going to receive any more stock. I cancelled my order and days later was asked to provide banking details. I am still waiting for my refund and my emails now go unanswered. I will never purchase from this Company again. They take money from consumers when they don't even have stock of items but you must wait till you can get your money back. Communication is virtually non existent with this company.
