Good on Hifi, bad on Aramex!

Placed an order on Monday (25/11/2024), and recieved it on the 28th. Received no communication on when the order will be delivered, they should really relook at their courier choice. Aramex is atrocious, and their email reps are none the better. The item was out on delivery, and when I emailed, the rep told me I should wait for 2 business days for delivery 🤦
