ghosting after application

I app**** for a credit via online for a laptop , i got an email to finish my application in the nearest store . i went to menlyn the did everything and after they told me to approve the debit check on my app i did and after that they say i must wait for the sms . i did that on 14 february 2025 and today is the 17 of february no communication nothing. i am nolonger interested in their product i just want my debit order to be reversed such service no
