This item is being advertised for ONLINE PURCHASE only but, surprise-surprise, the dimensions of this cupboard have not been specified. The item which I would have purchased is a Keter Excellence Tall Cabinet (Product Code ***). When I queried this, I was informed that the dimensions are published and was referred to this link: https://www.hificorp.co.za/keter-excellence-tall-cabinet but when one clicks on the link, the correct item is displayed but the Specifications are those of an ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT, namely the Keter Excellence Base Cabinet (Product Code ***). Now I'm no Rocket Scientist or Brain Surgeon but when I ask for the dimension of the Keter Excellence Tall Cabinet (Product Code ***), I expect those specifications. DO NOT PROVIDE THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ALTERNATIVE PRODUCE, NAMELY the Keter Excellence Base Cabinet (Product Code ***). I don't want the alternative product. I want the dimensions of the Keter Excellence Tall Cabinet (Product Code ***). Perhaps I'm expecting too much. Perhaps my request is unreasonable. Whoever is responsible to update your online catrelogue should be FIRED! Such incomeptence is infuriating, not the mention the incompetence from the inept individuals who provided the dimensions for an item which I don't even want.
