FURIOUS!! A BUNCH OF LYING *******

Your service is disgusting. There is a little girl who keeps answering the phone and she is rude to the core, she even refused to give me her proper name. Tumi or Tsholo, whatever the hell it is. I ordered a gas stove on Monday from a gentleman , Sydney, and I was promised delivery on Tuesday. No one called to regarding the delivery or even bothered to provide an update. I called on Wednesday and that girl **** and said the drivers are on their way to deliver the stove. She didn’t even bother to check which order I am inquiring about. She was so damn quick to end the call. AGAIN, sat all day and no word about the delivery. I called back before closing time and she **** ONCE AGAIN, saying a fridge and microwave have been picked up in store by the drivers and they are on their way. She is providing incorrect information. SHE IS NOT BOTHERED!!!!!! I told her that I didn’t order any of those things. All she did was transfer the line to a dead extension. I tried redialling 5 times and the line was not picked up. 10 min later, I tried to call back, she picked up. I then, asked for a manager and she transferred the call to the same dead extension. I’m so APPALLED by the HORRIBLE service. I need my refund ASAP!!! Y’all are quick to take my Damn money and then forget to give my what’s mine. You are nice to me when you want to close a sale, then so Damn man and awful when I do a follow. I have tried to contact customer directly through the phone and I cannot reach Anyone! THAT GIRL DISGUSTS ME!!! SHE SHOULD WORK THERE. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!
