Front loader complaint #***

Worst service ever!! We bought a front loader online from this company and when it came to having to use it the item was not working. Fortunately, the warranty was still in effect so the Warranty holder came out to check the item and confirmed that the motherboard was faulty and that it needed to be replaced. This feedback was given to the Hifi corporation, who after the fact did not even bother to call and give way forward but instead, we had to keep calling them to find out when they will be replacing the item. It has been a month now without a machine we bought to do laundry and as a result, we have to visit laundromats to do our own laundry
