***** from customers. Paid products does not reach the customer.

Absolute disgusting service after placing an online order. After not receiving any delivery on the product after 2 weeks, I called customer service online for help. Received absolutely no help after +/- 20 phone calls between me and the company over the span of 7 days. They hang up on customers and act as if they are helping. The team manager, Louisa, haven’t gotten back to me with an update and feedback from the warehouse ever since and I still haven’t received my products. In basic words - this is called *****ing from customers. Products paid but still havent received any product.
