Fridge not working I want to trade for another Product(E.g Stove/W.Machine) than getting cash

Defy fridge most trusted brand is not working as per its name brand and I bought it at Hi Fi Corporation Westgate Mall and I went and logged a matter 01/12/2018 and was told that I must hold on to my phone dearly now I see why because till today I have no phone call from them and the only miss call that i got was from ********** 327 time 11:24 and even when i call back number its unavailable. As I was told that they will send a repairer to my place.

I would like to know if I can exchange the product for another because as it is I simply see trouble AND there is no way that I am going to be stuck with a fridge that I bought for R5000.00 cash for life when its not satisfying. I would rather trade it for another product than getting cash back.

Please I need assistance in this matter. Can I trade?!
