Fridge fully paid for but no delivery

We bought a metallic Hisense water dispenser three weeks back. An EFT transfer was made to purchase the fridge, since the EFT was from a different bank the money was going to appear on Tuesday. We further paid the delivery fee cash for Wednesday. By the time we left the shop the same last fridge was not there anymore, it was sold to another customer. We spoke to the guys working there they assured us that by Wednesday we will have the fridge its not a issue. Now im sitting 3 weeks later with no fridge still. I went to the shop Monday the manager told me the fridge will be delivered today and that stock will come yesterday. So now I call to confirm the delivery today, I get told the sales manager is not in, and there were no new stocks received yesterday. What upsets me the most is that the store is really not handling this matter with urgency, we have been staying without a fridge for almost a month now. I hope that by tomorrow I have my fridge I really can not wait any longer.
