Fridge bust

I bought a KIC fridge at Wi-fi cooperation on 17/7/2021. Cash! No credit! 13/9/2021 we hear a noise. Rush to the kitchen. Gas escaping and filling my house with fumes. Yes its under warranty so i went to the company to ask for a replacement. The answer was that procedure is to dispatch a technician within 14-21 days. Obviously no one can operate without a fridge so i asked if i can get someone to fix it myself. Yes i can but then i lose my warranty. I can really understand if it was a TV or other non essential product but a fridge is a necessity. I must make it clear. I was assisted quickly and professionally. Its the company policy that is the problem!
