“Free Delivery” the biggest marketing gimmick

I purchased online on Black Fri and still have not received my delivery with no communication around any delays. I have tried to call on numerous occasions to follow up but no answer. Not sure why offer a “free delivery” service if they cannot adhere to their commitment of 2-5 working days. This is just a marketing gimmick to pursue consumers to purchase with them. Well doesn’t work. I’m not interested in the purchase anymore and want a full refund.
