I wish to submit my complain to this institution regarding the above mentioned company

today 24th may 2018 I bought a printing carterage, arriving at the office and replacing the cartarages I realised that the size was the wrong one but of the same make and brand. returening back to the business establishment and relating the story of what happen I was rep**** to arrogantly and rudely that an exchange cant be made because the parkage was openned.

then I asked if I could be shown the disclaimer that says that on the slip that I possesed and no disclaimer was present and no disclaimer was provided to support their urgument and from that I received a call proposed that I pay 10% in order to make an exchange and refused as this is wrong and cheating out on people

I kindly request that may you pay attention to this matter as many other consumers being exploited on verbal disclaimer which are not legal
