HiFi corporation centurion mall: I placed an order for my client for six fridges Sinotec 220lt Fridge Bottom Freezer Silver SRD220DB SKU: ********** ********** 0630 and i went to the shop and paid for them cash over the counter, four days later i called to check when will i get my items only they tell me what i want is not in stock and they don't know when will they get stock but they can give me something similar, no apology from them or whatsoever. Spoke to my client and they agreed went back to them and told them yes they can give me something similar which is Hisense 230lt Fridge Freezer Metallic H299BI SKU: ********** ********** 3075 as they promised and was promised i can come collect a day ago, booked a courier to go collect when they arrived was told my order is not ready yet and they're not sure when will they get stock, my client is threatening to cancel the order on top of that i paid courier for nothing. I emailed store manager three days ago and still no reply from them.
