Forced to take a vouchers

I bought a an LG sound bar about a year and half ago from Hifi corp . It started giving me problems then i took it back since it was under warranty.... after 21 days i got a call saying i must come choose a new one sunce my own cant be fixed. When i got there the manager told me to shop around and pick whatever i want and i did so only to be told that if its over 2000 you have to add more money. they have sound bars for less than 2000 but they are not reputable brands. Im sitting here with a 2000r vouchers and no sound bar, they are literally forcing me to take a voucher and that is not fairy
