Hi, I am a very upset and disappointed client with regards to hifi corporation service delivery. I ordered and paid for my stuff on the 31st of May with order#***, just to get an email stating the bed has been paid with Shipping Method - 3 - 7 Working days. Guess what it is going for three weeks and no delivery yet!!!!! I am starting to believe my money is ****** by hifi Corp and I am planning to take legal action as well expose them to various media groups!!!!! This is unacceptable and freaking redicolous!!!! Also, freaking tried to have a communication channel open for all clients to contact your call centers!!!! I am very upset to wait so long and is planning to escalate this matter further, with extreme urgency!!! Please get my bed delivered for what I paid or else I will have to escalate this matter to my lawyer and social media!!!! Thanks!!!!!
