Fed Up

I bought a laptop (demo as they called) from Hifi corporation at N1city in 2015. It was a bit slow. After saving a few pictures and a couple of movies (not even half of the capacity yet), I kept on getting messages popping up saying I need to free space as my memory is running low. I then took everything off and used my external hard drive instead. Laptop just became slower still and the cursor just kept turning and I had to wait long before continuing. I then took it in. And they told me upon collection that they updated the software.

I then got the laptop back. But it was still slow. And all my files were STILL only on the external hard drive.

Upon collection again, I noticed that I have a different LCD now and my usb port was bent. I never used the port, as my wireless mouse was always plugged in and never removed from the port. They assured me it was my unit and was told "maybe they replaced the screen". My question.. "What was wrong with my LCD if it had to be replaced?" I tested the unit and mousepad was faulty. I kept clicking and clicking, even restarting the unit. But the mouse cursor would just not respond. I then left the unit (off and unused) for a few days. And tried again. After switching it on a window popped up saying "I have a system running and can not run another" The mouse pad worked for a few minutes and then just started freezing again.

Returned the unit and collected and they told me it has been replaced. I asked the lady at customer care why the laptop kept saying I needed space ever sinceif it was never really full.. all she said was "we dont cover software".. now why wasnt I told that THE FIRST TIME I RETURNED IT FOR THAT ISSUE? I tested the unit again this morning, and the mouse pad immediately did not respond. I have restarted it twice and still nothing. I would have understood if I used the unit every day. But I dont. I feel very unhappy as paid cash for it and it wasnt cheap. I would just really like to know where this leaves me. Its been going back and forth with repairs more than the amount of times I've used it
