Faulty washing machine still under guarantee not being repaired or replaced after 3 weeks of submitting complaints via email and telephone

I need someone to help me regarding a washing machine I purchased 4 months ago. Thr water pump broke 3 weeks ago. I've sent numerous emails to lodge a complaint and made numerous phone calls and still nothing has been done. The washing machine is still under guarantee. I don't even want them to come fix it anymore I just want a new washing machine, but they keep stalling and keep delaying. The amount of money spent already on laundromats and even riding up and down is unbelievable. Hifi Corporation won't reimburse me for that. The law clearly states that I can request a new washing because it's still under guarantee uarentee. This is not on. We a household of 5, I do washing every single day and can't afford these expenses accumulating. Who can sort this out?
