Faulty tv/ bad customer service/ no service

I booked tv for repair I stayed for 21 days while it was being repaired I got my tv back last Sunday only to find that the tv is still faulty it still do the same thing occasionally. I tried calling their store wonderpark mall to find out on what I need to do next I was being transferred from one caller to another without being helped I then requested to speak to the manager I was transferred to the managers office but he never answered,,, I tried their call center customer care no one is willing to assist they don’t have customer. Am frustrated am with a tv that doesn’t work and the tv is still under warranty
