Faulty tv

I bought a 55" Sansui flat-screen tv from HIfi-Corp Boksburg, my tv isn't working well and is still under warranty.

When trying to bring the tv-in I was advised that they will send out their technician to come and assist me. I have been trying to get assistance with getting that done for my tv to get fixed since 7 February 2023 till date I haven't been assisted.

The agent handling my request blatantly ignores my emails with the last email sent on 18 March and I have not received a response since.

The service and experience I've received from Hifi Corporation are appalling and I am really not happy.
