Faulty tv

I bought a 85” hisense tv and soundbar at hifi coorp mabopane on the 05/08/25. The tv is so faulty, it switches its on and off, changes from YouTube to dstv to showmax without me touching the remote, the volume just goes up and down. They sold me a faulty tv and im expected to make my first installment this Friday, how when i am so dissatisfied with this purchase? I’ve been so frustrated and disappointed i am even thinking of returning it and cancelling the contract.
