Faulty TCL TV from Hifi corporations

On 09/01/2026 I went to your Klerksdorp branch and purchased ***3 TCL 85- Inch QLED Google TV - 85PBK we paid R17,999 cash.

• When I connected it for the first time on 11/01/2026, I found the screen is showing a blue marks that indicate the internal damage of the screen.

• I returned it on Monday 12/01/2026, and your staff inspected the box as they suspect that the damage occurred during transportation. They confirmed the box was undamaged and had no dents, punctures, or crushed corners, and they took pictures and video for both box and TV. There were no visible dent or punctures on the tv screen that can proof the physical damage on the TV.

• The TCL Technical Support Representative did not come physically as I was told in the store instead the assessment was done remotely by the TCL representative via Photos provided by the store and I was given the letter of rejection.
