Faulty SIM card module on ACER tablet

I bought a tablet for my son (for his birthday) and on his birthday we realized the it would not take the sim card. I took it back after 13 days and the outlet inspected it, tried some tests and it would not recognize the sim card. They then asked me to book it for checks with supplier.<br> The supplier report <br> Mt-unit not detecting simm card,simm card slot damaged,it looks like client forced a simm<br> card in the slot,quoted for motherboard due to physical damage 23.6.2015<br> <br> The inspection at Boksburg could not pick any signs of forced entry, neither can I see this evidence in the images sent<br> <br>
