Faulty product at Hifi Corporation with no after service

We recently bought a Hi Sense 15 plate dishwasher from Hifi Corporation online. Unfortunately the digital screen gave some problems after a day. We contacted Hifi Corporation and they send out a technician in a weeks time. The Technician told us that he must order the part and after a week we phoned just to be informed that they can not get parts for the brand new machine and they wil replace it. Unfortunately now that we know there is no parts for the machine we do not want a replacement but a refund. We are trying now for more that two weeks get this sorted and still no one can give us any indication or information on what is happening now. We are very disappointed with Hifi Corporation after service...which I believe is non existent. It seems I will have to take this to a consumer council to sort this out.
