Faulty fridge and poor customer service

Last year around June I bought a fridge at Hifi Corp Westgate mall, in December I went in to report that the freezer turns to over freeze and the top part doesn't get cold. A technician was only sent out this year when I had made numerous visit to the store and the technician could not solve my problem and said that the fridge needs to be taken back till today I am still waiting for the store to come make collection and refund me the money for the purchase
