Faulty fridge

I bought fridge at HiFi corporation and it was delivered , within 7 days I noticed that the fridge has faulty door and minor scratch which I logged a complaint and the technician was assigned to come and check the fridge . The technician checked the fridges and said they must exchange it but to my surprise I received sms that state that the repair is finalised , the fridge was not fixed and how can they fix new fridge and the complaint was logged within seven working days . When I follow up I’ve been taken to pillar to post and I’m tired . Call reference is ***
