FAULTY DEFY WASHING MACHINE

Bought a washing machine DEFY which seems faulty.. been callin since july 2 and today is 10 july.. still no assesor has called me. Everytym i call they say im sorry mam. Someone will call you. First tym buying here n def the last tym. Customer service is POOR . We cant be discussin the same problem for a week with no resolution or escalations. I am putting this machine in a van and driving it to the shop MYSELF! im so disaapointed.
