Faulty Band New Samsung 32L Microwave

A Samsung Microwave that I had bought suddenly stopped warming up the food. It would just rotate even when I have not set the timer to be on. According the their terms and conditions which they did not explain to me when buying the product, I now have to wait while they repair it leaving me without a Microwave for a minimum of 21 working days. This is a major inconvenience and I am disappointed in both Samsung and Hifi Corporation in Woodmead under Bridget's management.
