False pretences

Following up on my previous review regarding this devious branch in Amanzimtoti in Durban, I received a call from a female called Curleen who told me that she was from the JD group head office on the 27th of October 2022. The call however came from the same Amanzimtoti branch and she told me that after viewing the video footage that my warranty for my TV would not be honored. I have since emailed the CEO of the JD group Colin Bresler and have not received any response.
